Lesson payments are due the first lesson of each month. Payments can be made with cash, check, or Zelle. Please make checks payable to Marty Keith for that month’s payment and send to: 179 Royal Oaks Blvd. G-5, Franklin, TN 37067 prior to the first lesson of the month.

CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING:
Due to a full schedule of students and other professional commitments, if a student cannot make it to their lesson due to illness or family emergency, a recorded video lesson will be sent to you for that week. Video lessons for vacations, school trips, sports, camps, extra curricular activities, parties, etc. will only be guaranteed with an advanced notice. Cancelling the day of your lesson for these reasons will not receive a lesson.

It is important to have your lesson on time. It is common courtesy to give at least a 24-hour notice if you are going to miss your lesson for any reason other than illness or family emergency. Please call or text Mr. Keith at (615) 415-1942 or email: johnmartinkeith [at] hotmail.com. If you do not call or do not show up, the lesson time will be forfeited and a video lesson will not be guaranteed.

If Mr. Keith cancels a lesson for any reason or is scheduled for a professional commitment during your lesson time, you will receive a video lesson or be rescheduled at a different time that week depending on Mr. Keith’s schedule. If the student withdraws from lessons anytime during a month, there is no refund for the remaining unused weeks.

You will be required to pay for lessons regardless if you are out of town. You have an option for scheduled recorded video lessons in a consistent time slot if you are out of town during the summer months. Should you decide to take 1 or more months off during the summer and wish to hold your current time slot for when you return, you will be required to pay normal lesson fees for your time slot. Otherwise, it will be opened up for new students and will not be guaranteed when you return.

Our hope is that each of you can look back on this time with many wonderful memories as they continue to grow in their musical knowledge for years to come. May God bless you!
